and project gateways system are essential to our identity and ensure that all aspects of our projects are controlled. Our continued evaluations of our systems mean we are always current.
We are currently active in
Europe (Dublin, Paris, Finland), and Qatar (Doha).
Established in early 2022, we have pulled together a full in-house delivery team with over 50 years’ experience managing projects across UK, Ireland and Europe.
How We Do It
MJM have invested heavily in the development of our internal management system, the MJM Way, which forms our identity.
By addressing each gateway, in the MJM Way we cover all aspects of the build from a construction project management perspective.
Dynamic in it’s nature, The MJM Way can be tailored to our own and client KPIs at the start of the project to set up effective and relevant project controls which form the content of our upstream reporting.
