MJM’s logistics service includes a site logistics plan to accommodate the entire lifecycle of projects, including all requirements of other contractors.
We provide the resources required to implement a robust plan which includes pedestrian and vehicular management, maintenance of temporary roads, delivery management, welfare facilities, site access and all works associated with the upkeep of the site. We offer a comprehensive transportation and craneage service, to ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials and equipment to and from project sites. As part of our service, MJM plan and mitigate all logistics related risks and deal with any day-to-day residual risks that may present themselves.
